Rum lovers rejoice and kick those winter doldrums to the curb by learning how to make orgeat from scratch, plus two tropical or tiki bar classics, the Mai Tai and the Zombie. Your bartender will also discuss the difference between rhum and rum, the many styles of rum, and provide some interesting history about the origins of Tropical/Tiki style.

- 0.5oz Combier Orange Liqueur,
- 0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice,
- 0.5oz Orgeat (we’ll be using Pistachio Orgeat),
- 0.75oz Plantation Dark Rum Float
