This class is all about agave! Just in time for Cinco de Mayo. We’ll cover history and production styles, and the differences between tequila and mezcal. We’ll explain the myriad labels: añejo, reposado, blanco, plata, mixto, and junto. Discuss our own production methods at Batson River, and more!
