This is a dry hopped pilsner with a faint malty finish. Notes of dried flowers on the nose with a dry finish. Brewed with German malts and German and Czech hops and a Czech lager yeast.

WIND DOWN DARK LAGER | 5%

Refreshing and light bodied dark lager. Made with
German hops, malts, and yeast. Notes of dried
apricots, bitter chocolate, toasted pecans, and
molasses.

ESTATE PALE ALE | 4.4%

It’s Maine in a glass. Our American Pale Ale is
brewed with 100% locally sourced ingredients
including Batson’s farm grown Cascade hops, Blue
Ox Malthouse’s Pale malt, and Maine honey. Look
for notes of pine pitch , tangerine, lemon-lime,
and honey.

PETITE PALE ALE | 3.3%

This low ABV pale ale is easy but complex. Notes of
bright white peaches, lychee, and honey. Made with
our house yeast, American and German malts, and
lot of the Pacific Northwest’s best hops, Simcoe!

CONTINENT HOPPING IPA | 5%

Soft and easy drinking end of summer IPA. Orange
marmalade malt notes with grapefruit zest and pine
tips on the nose. Made with American and German
malts, American, German and New Zealand hops.

CLEAVES COVE IPA | 6.4%

Dry, pleasant sticky-green hop presence with citrus
and tropical fruit notes.

GUAVA IPA | 7%

Heavily tropical with floral lime and guava notes. Made with guava puree, American and German malts, and American hops.

FOLLY ISLE STOUT | 6.7%

Dry with a clean finish, caramelized grains,
marzipan, toasted bread with earthy cola mellow
notes. Made with American, English, and German
malts, American hops, Maine honey and our house
ale yeast.
