PEARL STREET PILSNER | 5.3%

This is a dry hopped pilsner with a faint malty finish. Notes of dried flowers on the nose with a dry finish. Brewed with German malts and German and Czech hops and a Czech lager yeast.

SINGLE HOP PILSNER | 5.2%

Half puncheon fermented, notes of honey graham cracker body and a sweeter hop and malt body compared to our Pearl Street Pils. Hallertau Mittelfruh hops were exclusively used in the kettle as well as in the dry hop. 

PUNCHEON PILSNER | 5.2%

We took our Pearl Street Pils and fermented and layered it in a 400L French oak barrel for two months. look for a softer and toasted oak malt body compared to the Pearl Street. Floral nose, low bitterness, pleasant soft carbonation, and a healthy lager yeast finish. This is a special little side project, please enjoy it while it’s here!

MEXICAN LAGER | 5.2%

Clean and effervescent. Lightly toasted malt, cereal grains, dry and crisp with a mild hop and pear finish. Made with German malts and hops, and lager yeast from a historic Mexican brewery.  

PADDY CREEK PALE ALE | 5%

Pale, dry body heavily topped with Crystal in the whirlpool, then dry hopped with Motueka and Citra. Tropical and citrusy at first, then honey and biscuit on the nose from our blend of malts and fruit forward house yeast. 

GUAVA IPA | 7%

Heavily tropical with floral lime and guava notes. Made with guava puree, American and German malts, and American hops. 

SOLSTICE IPA | 5.8%

This malt forward summer IPA is made with American and German malts, American hops, our house ale yeast, and soft Maine water. Look for seared red grapefruit, candied rhubarb, pine pitch, and orange zest. Malty, yet dry and refreshing.
