PEARL STREET PILSNER | 5.3%

This is a dry hopped pilsner with a faint malty finish. Notes of dried flowers on the nose with a dry finish. Brewed with German malts and German and Czech hops and a Czech lager yeast.

ESTATE PALE ALE | 5%

This American Pale Ale was made with 100% Maine grown ingredients. We used barley from Maine Malt House and our very own Cascade hops grown on our farm. Soft and refreshing. Notes of tangerine, honey and pine.

LYRIC | SAISON 4.7%

Our house saison is keg conditioned for two months for full soft carbonation. Notes of dry hay, coriander, orange peel, white pepper and clove. Made with Pilsner and spelt malts, Maine honey saison yeast, European and American hops, and fine filtered water.

CLEAVES COVE IPA | 6.4%

Dry, pleasant sticky-green hop presence with citrus and tropical fruit notes.

MEXICAN LAGER | 5.2%

Clean and effervescent. Lightly toasted malt, cereal grains, dry and crisp with a mild hop and pear finish. Made with German malts and hops, and lager yeast from an historical Mexican brewery.  

RIFFLE SCOTCH ALE | 5.2%

Caramelized grains, marzipan, toasted bread and light bright coffee notes.  Mild bitterness and low abv. A simple finish AKA this is a pleasant drink.

HANK PORTER | 5.1%

A simple dark beer with a light and mellow body. Toffee, coffee, orange peel notes, with clean and dry toasted malt flavors.

FOLLY ISLE STOUT | 8.5%

Dry with a clean finish. Caramelized grains, marzipan, toasted bread, earthy cola, mellow coffee notes. Made with American hops, honey, our house ale yeast, and fine filtered water.5.2
