Recently recognized as the youngest city in Maine, Biddeford has a style all its own that inspired the lush and vibrant interior of our newest location at The Lincoln Hotel.
The Batson River team proudly presents a sumptuous menu of New American Pub Fare presented along with an impressive taplist of housemade craft beers as well as a carefully curated selection of craft cocktails using house-distilled spirits.

Shake, stir and sip your way through the 1920s in a hands-on Prohibition-inspired mixology class with Batson River.
Step behind the bar and back into the 1920s for an evening of cocktails, secrets, and a little rule-breaking.
Join the Batson River team at The Lincoln’s Lobby Bar for a hands-on mixology class inspired by the cocktails and drinking culture of the Prohibition era. Learn the stories behind the drinks, pick up a few tricks of the trade, and shake and stir your way through a selection of era-inspired cocktails.
Your ticket includes a demonstration and hands-on creation of three cocktails, lite bites to enjoy throughout the class, and take-home recipe cards so you can recreate your favorites at home.
