Pride Cocktail Special – The Harvey Milk Punch
Harvey Milk was the first openly gay mayor of a major American city, San Francisco, and was assassinated during his term. His death has been used as a rallying cry for equal rights and visibility of violence against LGBTQ+. This cocktail is based off the San Francisco, which is a Sloe Gin based Perfect Manhattan, using blood orange and grapefruit to highlight the bittersweet nature of his life and contributions. $1.00 of every Harvey Milk Punch will go to benefit EqualityMaine.
Ingredients:
Batson River Riparian Gin, Sloe Gin, Blood Orange Liqueur
Cocchi Rosa, Honey Syrup, Grapefruit Juice, Rose Water, and Peychauds Bitters
