Those drinks don’t make themselves…the aspiring bartender must have a solid base of knowledge with a firm grasp of fundamental techniques, ratios, and theory to guide them when treading in creative waters. This class will help you understand the “whys” and “hows” of bespoke cocktail creation. Bring all the questions you’ve been wanting to ask your bartender!
