Join us for an afternoon of mixology, sipping, and fun with our cocktail classes in Portland Maine. This week’s class is in some Muddled Waters.

We’ll talk about a technique that perhaps has become “Old Fashioned”, but still is an opportunity to appreciate a spirit in an oft-forgotten way: muddling. We’ll show what herbs and fruits work best, why old-fashioned’s are rarely muddled anymore, and offer suggestions for modern spins on an out-of-vogue technique.
