CLASS: Shrubs, Infusions, Bitters, Oh My!

Join us for an afternoon of mixology, sipping, snacks, and fun with our cocktail classes in Portland Maine. This week’s class features a variety of cocktail mixes that can be used to make zero proof cocktails and boozy cocktails (although we will not feature any alcohol in this class).
The mocktail craze is in full swing and we are here to show you how to make NA beverages with a flourish! Adapt some essentials skills from traditional mixology and learn to create a creative portfolio of ingredients that can be used to make cocktails and mocktails alike.
During this class you will learn all about shrubs and how to make them, super juices, bitters, infusions, and syrups. Learn how to make them and then how to use them as layers in a cohesive and delicious beverage.
During this class, our bartenders will walk you through the Non-Alcoholic version of the following:
- Daiquiri
- Margarita
- Lime Rickey
What’s included:
- Snacks! We’ll have a charcuterie tray available for grazing during the class
- All materials that you need to craft a mocktail
- Recipe cards to take home
PRO TIP: Snag a reservation in the restaurant after class! (We’ll have snacks available during class)
SKILL LEVEL: All skill levels welcome! Appropriate for the total novice or experienced mixologist.
Our classes are normally 21+ due to the presence of alcohol, but this class is open to 18+
